No car access to this part of the beach keeps it nice and quiet all year round!
Plenty of room on the reserve out front for the kids to play, ride bikes etc without the worry of cars.
Outdoor shower to rinse off after one of the many trips to the beach.
Full insulated with Heat pump and HRV ventilation system keeps the house dry and warm/cool when you need it.
Original Kitchen with F&P appliances, Stove, Dishwasher and Ice & Water refrigerator.
Huge wrap around deck with 4 burner gas BBQ and a Kettle BBQ if charcoal is more your thing, please bring your own charcoal etc…

A 2min drive or 10min walk to Ruakaka shopping centre which has everything you need! Bakery, Fish n Chips, Sushi, Cafe, Butcher, Supermarket, Kebab/Pizzeria, Doctors…
Next to the shopping centre there is a playground as well as a skatepark if you get sick of the beach.
Only 90min north of Auckland or 20min south of Whangarei makes it so easy to get to.
Nearby we have the Waipu caves, Waipu golf course, plus all of the attractions of Whangarei.
