The apartment is on a cross lease property sharing 2,000 square metres of land. There are four apartments, one of which is owner occupied and two rented with three tenants overall. The paths to the four apartments are shared areas as is the native bush area. Each apartment has its own private lawn directly outside the front door off from each respective deck area. It is therefore expected that parties are not had on the property and consideration is given to others in terms of general noise

Summary: Cosy, well equipped and clean. Peaceful and surrounded by trees and birds. Steep path/steps to access the house, tricky with luggage and after dark. Also not close to the CBD. 35 minutes walk to the city, and that’s downhill. Wouldn’t want to do the walk back up the hill!
