This stylish 2-bedroom guest house is the perfect setup for friends or family. It sleeps up to x4 people and has a fully equipped kitchen for home cooked meals.

Enjoy the open-plan living area and outdoor entertaining areas that offer plenty of space to wind down, plus you can enjoy the exclusive use of the hot tub nestled in the private garden with incredible Kaimai views.

The two bedrooms sleep up to x4 guests. The Master bedroom has a King bed, and the second bedroom has x2 King Single beds.

The bathroom has heated floors plus a heated mirror to ensure a luxurious stay.

The fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary amenities to make home-cooked meals and there is plenty of space to entertain at the interior dining table or out on the patio.

In addition to the outdoor patio, enjoy another outdoor area to yourselves with the large hot tub surrounded by a gorgeous garden and bar leaner. The perfect spot to wind down after a busy day!

You'll have full access to the guest house and the outdoor garden with the hot tub. We ask that you please do not wander the property for the homeowners' privacy.

Should you need anything, please contact me via the online booking platform or give me a call. I will assist you as quick and as best as I can!

Otherwise, the homeowners are onsite if you need something urgently.

The property owners do live onsite in the main house. If you are a social butterfly, they would love to meet you! However, they are also very respectful of privacy. You will share a driveway with them, so we ask you please do not block it.

There are security cameras on the property. One points at the driveway entrance, and one points at the front door only of the guest house. Please know this does not see anything except the front door, and does not interfere with guests.
The person who makes the booking is required to meet me during check-in.
