Positive: The location adjoining a bird sanctuary was terrific. You could hear the birds singing all night.
Negative: There was a strenuous set of stairs to get to the rooms up on a hill. When we were there, the temperature was higher than expected and there was no good way to cool the room.
Summary: A great location, but you need to be in good physical shape to reach the rooms.
