The open-plan living area is the heart of the home - a big corner sofa, smart TV and super fast wifi, flowing through to the dining table and a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating, full oven and everything you need to cook a proper meal.
Sliding doors open from the living area onto the private deck, where you'll find outdoor furniture, a dining table and a BBQ - the spot for a relaxed dinner while the kids run around on the fenced lawn.
The three bedrooms sleep six: a king bedroom and a queen bedroom, both opening onto the deck, plus a third bedroom with two single beds. A car is the easiest way to get around Rotorua, and the gated driveway gives you secure off-street parking for multiple vehicles. Rotorua Airport is around five minutes' drive, the city centre about ten, and the Redwoods around ten minutes. Local bus routes run along Te Ngae Road nearby if you're travelling without a car.
