A large fully fenced section, and right next to Johnson's Reserve in Welcome Bay. The tracks in Johnson Reserve follow streams, wetland areas, native bush and open grassed areas. All of these tracks are among the Tauranga's most scenic pathways.

There are 3 bedrooms, a living area and kitchen and large deck with peaceful sitting area.
There are chickens that would love your food scraps and you’re welcome to their eggs!
There are 2 gorgeous ginger cats (Oscar and Gooey) - they would love to stay with you to make you feel especially at home and can let themselves in/out and feed themselves.
