Only 5 minute drive from central Wanaka, our 3 bedroom house is located in the quiet suburb of Albert Town. Within walking distance are a cafe, a Restaurant, Tavern, Fish & Chips takeaway and a small grocery store (Four Square). The house is close to the Clutha River, walking & biking tracks, tennis court and playground.

This modern, north-facing duplex house catches all day sun and warms up nicely during the day. All rooms have double glazing, there is a heat pump and fireplace (with fire guard) in the lounge and portable heaters are provided in the bedrooms.

From the lounge and dining you are overlooking a large reserve with a lovely view of the mountain tops in the background. On a sunny day, open up the sliding doors for alfresco dining or fire up the gas BBQ to enjoy a meal on the patio. Sun sails provide shade above the outdoor seating area.

There is a fully equipped open plan kitchen with breakfast bar. All cooking equipment is provided, including a selection of herbs and a (seasonal) vegetable/herb garden for your use.

In the lounge there is a selection of books & toys provided, WIFI and a TV to keep you all entertained during a rainy day.

Bedroom 1 has a Queen Sized bed, bedroom 2 & 3 has a single bed each. All linen and towels are provided. There is one bathroom with toilet, large shower and full sized bath.

The property is fully fenced and has a sandpit, so no need to worry about the little ones. You will have (partial) access to the garage to store bikes, strollers etc and there is a washing machine and clothes racks for you to use.

You will also have free access to the Riverside Park Community Facilities, 1-minute walk away from the house. These include a heated outdoor swimming pool, toddler pool, spa and gym.
