This light-filled apartment is created with beautiful items with bold and colourful accents. In the entranceway, you will be greeted by "Juma", a daring creation by artist Julia Aumuller from Brazil.

Three large bedrooms cater to up to six guests. A super king master bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a third bedroom can be made up with x2 king singles or x1 super king bed.
**Please advise which setup you would like for the third bedroom when you create the booking.

There are two bathrooms with one being an ensuite for the master bedroom.

The fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary amenities to make home-cooked meals and a choice of indoor or outdoor dining.

The living space is complete with a large smart TV and a balcony that wraps the front half of the apartment. This is where you will find the outdoor dining space that views the ocean and the pool.

There is a smaller balcony mid-way through the apartment where the BBQ lives with a small dining setting for x2. This space captures incredible views of the Mount and overlooks the pools.

There is also off-street parking for four cars in the underground carpark.

You will have full access to the apartment during your stay, with only one neighbour on the same floor.

The pools are a shared amenity with the other building users.

The gym is available for apartment guests too. This is also a shared facility with other building users.

This location is well situated amongst other apartment buildings, delicious eateries around the corner, easy access to the Mount walking tracks, and has the famous Mount Hot Pools and Copenhagen Cones just around the corner.

The apartment has use of x4 parking spaces in the underground carpark plus free street parking. Once you are at the apartment, it is an easy walk to the beach or a 10 minute stroll into Mount Maunganui village. There is also a bus stop just around the corner in front of the Mount Hot Pools.
