Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The location is awesome to get around Christchurch with main roads close by. Parking is close to front door with no access issues at all. Very quiet and no interruptions as down end of drive.
Negative: The beds were a little tired and not so comfortable, no coffee or sugar dishwasher powder etc.so plan for that as well and no soap in showers so bring your own. Had shampoo and hand wash.
Summary: Basic but accommodation fit for purpose.
