This booking combines three independent, self-contained townhouses within the same Stewart Street complex in central Raglan: Harbourview Haven, Okiwi Landing and Wainui Place. Book all three for a large group, wedding party or several families travelling together who each want their own space, just steps apart.
Harbourview Haven and Okiwi Landing are design-led three-bedroom, three-bathroom homes split over two levels, each with an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, a harbour-facing balcony and a gas fire upstairs, and a double garage with an ensuite bedroom downstairs. Wainui Place is a similar three-bedroom, three-bathroom townhouse, with a king suite and ensuite upstairs, a second upstairs bedroom with two king singles, and a third king ensuite bedroom downstairs opening to a private courtyard. Together the three sleep up to 18 across nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms.
Each townhouse has its own kitchen, new mattresses and centralised heating and air conditioning. Harbourview Haven and Okiwi Landing guests also receive a bottle of wine on arrival.
We provide linen, towels, toiletries, tea, coffee, milk, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder and laundry powder for all three townhouses. Each has its own double garage (2 cars), plus free parking on Stewart Street. This is part of a townhouse complex, so neighbours share the sealed driveway, and Wainui Road may bring some road noise, softened by double glazing.
Stroll to morning coffee, sourdough and artisan shops, the Sunday Arts Market or Friday Growers Market opposite, or the footbridge and Papahua Domain for a swim or paddleboard hire. Surfers love Manu Bay, and Cox Bay and Lorenzen Bay suit swimming.

- Strictly no smoking indoors. If you smoke outdoors, remove butts from the property on departure.
- Residential area - Quiet time from 10pm to 9am.
- Events and parties are not permitted without prior arrangement. Guests limited to number booked. Extra charge if exceeded.
- BBQ (if available): clean with supplied cleaner after use. Cleaning fee if left dirty.
- Rubbish: 1x full blue bag allowed. Take extra with you or use a local refuse station (see house info folder).
- Recycling: 1x full bin per stay. Extra: take with you or $25/box disposal charge.
- No EV charging.
- Left belongings: $20 minimum return fee plus courier cost.
- Motion-sensor security camera may be present at entrance door. Footage may be reviewed if misconduct is suspected.

After payment, you`ll get a secure link to the property portal and will need to verify with a photo ID and a quick selfie — access details are released automatically once it`s done.
