Any violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction from the property and charges for any damages or additional cleaning that may be required. If you are checking out or currently staying on a Thursday we kindly ask if you could please take the bins out curb side Thursday evening for collection on the Friday, the red lid is collected weekly (general waste). The blue lid is collected fortnightly. Please leave the bins curb side the evening before. Thanks for your cooperation.
