This home provides spacious and comfortable living areas both inside and out. A large deck is a great place to lounge during your relaxing holiday and a covered alfresco dining area adjacent to the kitchen is perfect for evening entertaining. The ground level offers three bedrooms, one providing its own independent external access to a private courtyard. And a full bathroom. The upper level is where you will find the master bedroom with ensuite, a separate toilet and the main living areas. This is a warm home with double glazing and a heat pump and heat transfer system. There is also a wood burner should guests wish to provide their own firewood.

STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. We will not tolerate disturbances to neighbours. If we receive complaints about noise, or anti-social behavior, you may be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund.
