Positive: The location (on the map). Beds were good. Privacy was ok as the front house was unoccupied. Could've been tricky otherwise parking down the back.

Negative: Overall cleanliness was not good. After telling us clearly when booking no parties, no drinking, respect neighbours, clean 'everything' when leaving, etc, etc., the place was not clean...alcohol bottles (outside), beer caps lying around(outside), utensils/dishes not very clean. Tiny little car mat to wipe your feet when you come in, no carpet anywhere. Floor was dirty. Not proper curtain in the bathroom. Ceiling manhole cover was open, not closed properly??

Summary: Overall it satisfied our needs.
