The house is recently renovated and every bit of it is carefully crafted and designed. All furniture and equipment in the house are newly purchased. The king size bed in the main bedroom and the two queen size beds all have quality mattress and linen from King Koil, promising a good night sleep. Full range appliances including oven, gas stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, rice cooker, coffee machine, and plenty of pots, pans and basics. One 60 inch smart TV in the lounge and one 42 inch on the wall of the main bedroom. Plus free UNLIMITED fast internet. We also have premium Netflix subscription with Ultra HD quality. Indulge yourself.

We can be reached by phone and email. A brief meeting is also available if requested. Except that, the house is entirely to your own.

Shakespear Regional Park, Golf Harbour Marina, and two golf clubs are all within 10 minutes’ drive. Whangaparaoa consists of a big shopping plaza, Countdown, The Warehouse stores, and plenty of other shops and services.
