Positive: It is well placed and good value for money. The bed was very comfortable which is my main requirement when travelling a lot for work.

Negative: It is getting quite run down. Nothing has really been updated in the last 6 or 7 years apart from the mattresses.

Summary: Comfortable if a bit old, but still value for money.
