This property is a large 305M2 beach house which is fully furnished and also gas a cottage, It is situated in sunny Marahau 200 metres from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the Abel Tasman Park. The house is modern with 4 large bedrooms. The 2 upstairs bedrooms have own lounges & bathrooms. In addition, the detached cottage is available to cater for larger groups. This allows us to comfortably accommodate at least 20 persons.

The house has 4 large bedrooms. The 2 upstairs bedrooms have ensuites bathrooms. Both upstairs bedrooms are open plan with lounge furniture. There is an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a Rinnai gas log fire and 3/4 size snooker table. The whole ground floor is tile with porcelain tiles. The ground floor bathroom has underfloor heating. The large open plan living area has sliding glass doors that facilitate inside-outside living onto 2-metre width veranda around the Eastern Northern and Western sides of the house and out on to a large alfresco covered dining area.
