Positive: Clean and comfortable rooms with a view from both the living room and bedroom. The property was well appointed with kitchen utensils and detailed instructions for all included amenities. The laundry was a bonus and as clean as the rest of the property. 5 to 10 minute walk into town, with the unit in a quiet location.
Negative: Not a concern for us, though the suite parking would be tight for a larger car.
