Our holiday house is right on the beach at Patons Rock.
It is a few steps from our lawn to beautiful Patons Rock Beach.
There are 2 kayaks and 2 stand up paddleboards (SUP) for guests to use free of charge

The polished timber floors in the living area are a lovely feature, along with the log burner fire and bifold doors to the large deck. The extensive open plan living area and wooden deck along the front of this classic beachside home offer you panoramic views from Farewell Spit to Separation Point. The large open plan living area and deck allows for entertaining and accommodating family and friends, and there is a spacious, well equipped kitchen. There is plenty of outdoor furniture and a quality BBQ for outdoor entertaining and relaxing.
There are three good sized bedrooms, one king with ensuite, one queen and a 3rd bedroom with a bunk set, double and single beds. This home can sleep up to 8 people and the king and queen bedrooms both have beautiful sea views. The king bedroom has an ensuite bathroom while there is a further toilet and separate shower for the other bedrooms.
We provide all bedding including sheets, pillow cases, duvets and covers, mattress protectors, pillows, bath towels and tea towels.
