Two level home which is wheelchair friendly offering an internal lift, ramp to the entrance and wheelchair accessible bathroom.
On the top level you have 2 bedrooms- The master bedroom offers unobstructed sea views and an stylish ensuite and large walk in wardrobe. There is also another stylish guest bathroom with bathtub, an entertainers dream kitchen with butlers pantry and an extensive living and dining area offering uninterrupted oceanviews. Open up the stacker sliding doors and step out onto the spacious deck where you can enjoy the everychanging vista and sunsets.
There are steps leading from the deck down to the beach frontage and the downstairs suite.
The downstairs suite is fully self contained and offers a double internal access garage and private entrance , a large laundry an additional bathroom and two bedrooms.
