Elevated by the sea and in an ideal position for family holidays is this generous sized Lockwood home which has the most spectacular views overlooking the sea.
There are four bedrooms in total. The master bedroom with queen size bed which has its very own en-suite with shower, toilet and heated towel rail. The three remaining bedrooms consist of one King bed, one queen bed and a bunk room which sleeps four guests. Sleeping a total of 10 people.
The main bathroom has a shower and vanity, with a separate toilet and separate laundry with washing machine available to use. The kitchen contains a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove and oven with some pantry basics available.
Enjoy stunning ocean views from most areas inside the home. The lounge and dining space is open plan with ranch sliding doors opening up from the lounge creating a nice indoor-outdoor flow onto a partly covered decked area which is an ideal space for afternoon BBQs and drinks with friends.
There is plenty of room for vehicles to park and please feel free to bring your boat/s
There is a private path leading down to a sandy bay below the property this is a great place to sit and make memories with the kids, explore the rocky foreshore, take the kayak out for a paddle or go diving/fishing any time you like. There is a kayak, some boogie boards and snorkeling gear available to use at your own risk courtesy of the owners.
This is an ideal spot if you are looking to get away from it all and just relax in a beautiful location, by the sea, at Te Kaha.
