Nestled within a secure, gated space, the cottage provides a tranquil haven, complete with a swimming pool and private hot tub. Whether you prefer soaking up the summer sun by the pool or relaxing in the hot tub & staying warm inside during the cooler seasons, a powerful heat pump in the living room ensures a comfortable climate regardless of the weather.
The well equipped modern kitchen is ideal for shared meals, allowing you to dine indoors with panoramic lake views or alternatively enjoy a BBQ outdoors in the leafy garden, while listening to the beautiful local birdsong.
Accommodating up to four guests, the second bedroom offers versatility with the option of a king-size bed or two singles.

Please Note: There is another residence on the premises that may be occupied by either other guests or the owners during your stay. The garage, where the laundry facilities are situated, is also accessible to guests staying in this alternate dwelling.
The swimming pool is not heated and therefore only operational from December until March. Please ensure the swimming pool gate is kept closed and locked at all times. Children must be supervised at all times.
