Summary: A group of us stayed here over new years and the house was just what we wanted and nice! However, back in November we got a message from the owner about how there had been a mistake in the booking and we couldnt come to the property until the 30th (we had booked from 29th to 2nd) upon learning this we had to find new accommodation for one night which wasnt the easiest to do on short notice and for new years in queenstown. the owner promised us a partial refund which we were very grateful for as that would help cover the last minute accommodation. Its now been 2 weeks since leaving and countless messages to the owner and still no refund. As much as we liked the property the hassle was not worth it.
