Negative: We were looking forward to a room with a beautiful ocean view as the advertisement showed only to find it is a bedroom with an onsuite bathroom in the back corner of the lower level. There is no fridge and if you expected a tv there wasn't one. We were invited up into their personal living area to sit and look at the view. Also no warning of a 100 meter long very steep driveway you have to carry you luggage up and down.
Summary: Clean and quiet but wouldn't likely stay here again.
