It can accommodate 8 adults (6 beds) and offer two car pots (open air) at front of the house.

The house has two doors:
• One is security screen door with hinged door lock, and
• Another door is wooden door with deadbolt lock.

Upstairs has one bedroom, one toilet, kitchen, open plan living room and a large balcony.
