This ground floor apartment has been stylishly restored from a run down commercial space to a luxury four bedroom apartment. We designed this space with our guests in mind, with beautiful windows to ensure that you are bathed in light, high stud ceilings, hand crafted cedar woodwork, spectacular lighting design, air conditioning, and lovingly sourced furnishings. Every detail has been carefully considered ensuring you have a truly memorable stay.

Bedroom One with Private Bathroom

With a super comfy pocket sprung queen bed made up with quality and professionally laundered linens, you can be guaranteed to be well rested and ready for whatever the next day brings. This bedroom also has your own private bathroom complete with heated floors and a rain shower.

Bedroom Two

A pocket sprung queen bed, luxury linen and is wonderful and quiet to ensure you have a great night's sleep.

Bedroom Three

This room has two king single pocket sprung beds that are large and comfortable enough for adults to sleep on.

Bedroom Four

Located in the upstairs mezzanine floor, this is a wonderful hideaway complete with Japanese style double bed and luxury linen. PLEASE NOTE: This bedroom is a loft style bedroom and is not full ceiling height and hence may not be suitable for everyone, please consider this before booking.

Kitchen

The large kitchen with top of the range appliances is fully equipped with everything that you need so that you can whip up breakfast or enjoy a gourmet meal at home. There is even a wine fridge plus of course coffee, tea, sugar, milk, cooking basics and we always leave you some tasty snacks to enjoy when you arrive.

Lounge & Dining

Sit back and soak up the beautiful hand crafted cedar work or stunning lighting feature from this truly beautiful space. Open the large high stud sliding doors out onto your own balcony and dine inside or out. There is also a large LED Smart TV with Netflix, free unlimited WIFI, board games and toys for the kids to enjoy during your stay here

Bathroom & Laundry

This is a bathroom that you will really enjoy, with heated flooring, a bath tub and a rain shower. The laundry contains a washer and dryer that you can use during your stay.

Balcony

The balcony is an extension of the indoor living area and is the perfect space to enjoy a drink or meal on the German beer table all the way from Munich. PLEASE NOTE: This space is strictly non-smoking (including vaping).

Car Parking

The apartment comes with two tandem car parks for guests use during their stay with us, this is a real luxury in the central city. These car parks have height restrictions and can fit one vehicle up to 1.85m and another up to 1.75m (standard car height).
