Ideally placed for the Tongariro Alpine Crossing, the Norther Circuit and the Mount Ruapehu Ski Season. Our lovely big Hot Pool and Spa Pool are a great way to relax at the end of the day and enjoy the scenery.
This is a host-less property, there is no reception to check into, you should receive all your arrival information before you get here so you can go straight to your room and make yourself comfortable.
Pre-Payment
Because we are host-less all reservations must be paid in full on the day of arrival. Please ensure your credit card transaction can go through successfully otherwise you may lose your reservation.
Smoke Free
This is a Smoke Free property, this also includes e-cigarettes or vapes. If you would like to smoke we ask that you do so off the property.
Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email verifying your booking details, please check them carefully and advise us immediately if they are not correct. Arrival Instructions

Keys & Bond
We do not collect a key bond, however if the key is not left in your room after you check out you will be charged $50.00 for the loss of the key. This fee can be refunded by returning the key to P.O. Box 35, National Park, 3948
Cleaning, Loss & Damage
Excess cleaning will be charged at $50/hour, loss and damage will be charged at replacement or repair cost.
Fire Alarm
Tampering with the alarm or any other actions resulting in a false alarm will be charged to the guest at $200 per event.
