This is a architecturally designed sunny warm home, which is situated in a landscaped garden, with great views and is only 10 minutes walk into the middle of historic Arrowtown.
This house has a light airy feel with high ceilings and french doors from the living areas plus two of the bedrooms opening out to the garden, which has a paved area outdoor area for alfresco dining.
We have modern appliances, furniture, good beds with down duvets. the heating is underfloor in the tiled area, log burner, gas and heaters in the bedrooms. We also have double glazing throughout to ensure guests are warm on those colder days.
Arrowtown is a quaint village rich in gold mining history. It also have some unique cafes, restaurants and boutique shops as well as the and the renown Dorothy Browns Movie Theater. It is only 20 minutes drive to the nearest ski field, and airport.
