There are three distinct accommodation areas, each with its own bedroom:
The Cottage - Heart of the Home
The main gathering space, featuring relaxed living and dining areas and a fantastically set-up kitchen for cooking and entertaining. This building includes one bedroom and a bathroom.
The Batch - A Private Little Hideout
Positioned just off the deck, The Batch is a self-contained retreat with a bedroom, bathroom, and a practical kitchenette — perfect for those wanting a little more independence.
The Garden Room - Your Serene Sanctuary
A tranquil queen bedroom framed by garden views. Peaceful, calming, and beautifully presented. Quality linens, comfortable bedding, and thoughtful styling flow through each space.
Outside, the flat access, multiple garden zones, and generous alfresco dining area with BBQ create an easy, relaxed setting for long island days. The property is fully fenced, making outdoor time effortless — and small dogs are welcome.
Situated in the heart of Oneroa, the village, beaches, cafés, and shops are all within walking distance. The bus stop and ferry connections are close by, and Mudbrick and neighbouring vineyards are only moments away.

Other Things to Note:
We always try to accomodate early check ins and will send you a message on the day as soon as the property is ready. We provide all linen and bath towels. If you require beach towels, please bring these or we can hire with advance notice. Baby items including portacots are available to hire too.
Not suitable for children under 12 due to the special artwork displayed throughout the property.
