Bring the boat, bring the kids, fire up the BBQ and enjoy the view - there's room for up to 9 guests at Taupo Sunset. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is set across 2 levels and offers beautiful views of the lake.

Fantastic accommodation for those who want to be close to town and all of Taupos attractions, but just out of the hustle and bustle.

Located just a stones throw from the beautiful Botanical Gardens, and less than 1km from the lake, Shepherd Road is a peaceful and convenient spot to stay.

The house has a wood-fire, and heatpump/airconditioning to keep you comfortable all year round.

Downstairs there are two bedrooms with the following bedding configuration:
1x Queen bed
1x Single over Double bunk, plus 1x Single

Upstairs is the master bedroom. This room has 1x King bed, plus there is also a very small room that is attached to the master bedroom with 1x Single bed. This set up is perfect for a young child needing to be close to parents.

Please note, there is no access to the garage.

Strictly no loud groups, no parties and no events. Noise disturbances to the neighbours will not be tolerated.
The house must be left tidy. Dishes must be washed, dried and put away before departure. The BBQ must be left clean.
