Rates based on the maximum number of overnight guests during the stay. Linen, towels, consumables and post stay cleaning provided. Children under 2 free of charge if not using a bed. No events or parties. Max 20 people on the property. Visitors must depart prior to 10pm. Bedrooms allocated 2 people per room up to 6 booked guests at quoted rates.
