Second lounge downstairs to chill out in. Available for longer fixed term stays
The Space:
This lovely home has been recently renovated with a comfy, easy living beach home feel. Entering from the main upstairs deck you enter into the spacious open plan living , dining & kitchen. The breakfast bar is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the world go by. Both bedrooms are off the lounge , main to the left, bunk room to the right. a joining bathroom is between the bedrooms. The second bathroom and laundry is just down off the internal stairway.
Downstairs is another lounge (great for kids or retreat away) and another bedrm ( king bed can split into two singles) + another bathroom & laundry.
Please note BBQ is not operational.
Guest Access:
Access to the apartment is up a flight of 12 uneven steps from the street. There is limited lighting on steps.
There is no off street parking, but free on-street parking is available.
Kohimarama beach is just 100m away, and fabulous Mission Bay with cafes, restaurants and a movie theatre is less than 15 mins walk!
The popular Kohi Beach Eatery is just along the road on Tamaki Drive.

We know you will be respectful but please remember this is a home in a residential area with other occupants upstairs. There are some important restrictions and policies that must be adhered to.
- CHECK IN TIME: is from 3pm to 11.30 PM.
- CHECK OUT TIME: by 10 am.
- This is a NO SMOKING / vaping or e-cigarette property that includes anywhere on the property (incl. inside and outside)
- NO PARTIES / GATHERING / EVENTS – formal or informal are permitted.
- Only BOOKED guests can stay the night
- NOISE AND BEHAVIOUR. Please be respectful of all residents in the building and surrounding area in terms of noise level & behaviour, including in all areas inside & outside including on the street. There is a noise CURFEW from 10pm to 9am.
- NO illegal substances or activity are allowed
- NO PETS are allowed on the premises
- Sorry, this property cannot be used for receiving mail or packages
- CLEANING: The cleaning fee pays for a light clean & laundering of linen. Should the apartment require more than the standard clean, guests will be charged extra for the cleaning at a rate of $50 NZD min.
- Please read house & appliance INSTRUCTIONS. Your questions may be answered in there!
- SOFA-BED: Please note that there is a minimum charge of $15 for supply and laundering of sofa bed linens.
- An array of complimentary amenities are supplied for your arrival but in line with short stay concept of self catering these aren't replenished
