Wake up to the sound of the waves, enjoy breakfast on the deck and relax whilst overlooking the beautiful ocean, surf and dunes on your doorstep. Smell and feel the sea breeze and enjoy the uninterrupted and Extensive sea views looking out to Motiti, Plate, White and Whale Islands.
This amazing home features an open plan living and dining area with expansive stacking doors letting you take in the glorious vista.
The kitchen is spacious and open to the dining and large front deck, which makes it great for entertaining.
For those cooler winter nights snuggle up and watch a DVD in front of the heater, while the ocean roars just outside.
The master bedroom has a super comfy queen bed and plenty of space to spread out. The second bedroom a double size bed and a single bed, the third room has a queen bed to make this home just perfect for all the family. The bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet which means you will be well catered for.
Pukehina is an untouched paradise, local activities comprise a tennis club, golf, surf club with red flags for swimming, surfing, paddle boarding, boating and fishing clubs.
Centrally located, we are just a 15 min drive to Te Puke (past the golf club), 30 mins to Mt Maunganui and Tauranga (via toll road), or 40 mins to Rotorua and Whakatane – all excellent roads. If you need to refuel the boat BP is just 5 mins away.
*Please use beach access which is 3 houses away to access the beach. Please do not use the dunes at the front of the house as there is a dune restoration in process.
