Spacious, modern four bedroom, two bathroom, beach house on two levels on flat section. Good beds and mattresses. Large open plan kitchen/living/dining opens out onto large upstairs deck via big stacker doors. Well equipped kitchen next to the eight seater dining table, plus five bar stools. Carpeted double garage with internal access.

Two bedrooms upstairs, both queen beds. The master bedroom with ensuite has a large walk in wardrobe, perfect for a portable cot. The master bedroom also has access to the deck. Two bedrooms downstairs, one has a queen and a single bed, the other bedroom has a double bed. Bathroom on each level (one is ensuite off the master bedroom hallway) plus a third toilet with full vanity unit upstairs. There are bunks for children in the garage downstairs if the bedding configuration does not suit.
Bring the boat for fishing and diving, plenty of flat off street parking. Boat ramps at nearby estuary and Marsden Cove marina. The estuary is more suitable for paddle boarding and kayaks. Marsden Cove has excellent launching facilities.
Beach is surf patrolled during summer months, also safe swimming for young children at estuary.
Five minute drive to Ruakaka town centre, supermarket, doctor, dentist, hairdresser, cafe, chemist, bottle store, bakery, sushi shop, variety store, tavern and several takeaway outlets. Bach Cafe at Ruakaka beach and the dairy a short walk away. Restaurants/cafes nearby at Marsden Cove and at Waipu, a ten minute drive away. Try the famous McLeod's Pizza Barn and Brewery.
Waipu 18 hole golf course five minutes drive away with fantastic sea views. They also have a cafe open to the public.
Flexible check in/check out depending on other bookings, minimum two night stay on week days and weekends, three nights long weekends and Easter.
No smoking in the house, smokers must be on the deck or outdoors.
