Positive: Location superb. Easy short stroll to the beach and to the local restaurant. Parking good. Near a bus route. Nice bottle of wine on arrival.

Negative: No microwave. Communal laundry facilities. Not much hanging space - slightly cramped overall.

Summary: Very comfortable in a superb location. Ideal for a short break.
