Beautiful recently renovated 6 bedroom house. Can sleep 8-10 people, very spacious.
This sunny property you can walk in through the gate to a sunny deck complete with 7 seater spa and new outdoor furniture.

Walk in through the front door to our main level, the second story. Enter into a family room with smart tv, dining room and spacious kitchen as you walk in.

Down the hall is followed by 2 bedrooms with King Single beds and wardrobes, and a bathroom with large shower.

Upstairs, is master with King bed, ensuite bathroom and two wardrobes. Also 2 sets of drawers either side of the bed and beautiful views.

The third floor stairway entry is just off the main entrance. It has its own front door with side gate entry if you wish to seperate the levels with the closing of the stairway door on the second story.

The stairs down to this third floor open to a laundry / kitchenette with plenty of storage, and has a washing machine / dryer combo available.

To the left is the media room / second lounge. It has a large couch, as well as a projector and very large automated projector screen.

There is a media centre which can play any streaming service you like.

Down the hallway from there we have another bedroom with a King Single bed and a single sized mattress underneath the bed, with deck access.

Further down the hallway we have a large room with a Queen bed, 2 seperate wardrobes and deck access.

Next door to that room is the 3rd bedroom on the third floor, which has a King Single with a single mattress under it, and also has deck access.

Opposite the third bedroom is the downstairs bathroom, which has a shower over bath and a double vanity and toilet.

That completes the house itself, however on the third floor is a large wrap around deck, with access to a large storage shed area and further steps down to the light forestry backyard which is a beautiful peaceful oasis with birds and a large 14 foot trampoline for kids of all ages.

The entire property is fully fenced, with access via the two gates either side at the front of the property, for added security.

2 minutes drive to Long Bay beach. 4 local playgrounds within 10 minute drive. 10 minutes to Westfield Albany Shopping.
