Offering multiple accommodation options to cater for families or groups of up to 8 guests there are 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 living areas & 2.5 bathrooms.
With an entertainer’s kitchen and scullery and multiple living areas with easy access to enjoy the outdoor spaces, you are guaranteed to make happy holiday memories.
The master bedroom boasts gorgeous river views and a private ensuite with bath, shower and toilet.
The outdoor hot-tub is perfect for soaking after a day of local activities.
Beds will be made up as 1x King, 1x King, 1x Queen, 2x King-Singles. One of the King beds can be split into singles, and the 2x King-Singles can be
joined together to make 1x King. You must let us know at least 7 days before your arrival if you require any beds to be split or put together -
otherwise they will be made as above.

No extra costs – Linen and exit clean are included in the nightly rate.
Please note - there are 2 gas fireplaces (one indoor and one outdoor), You are most welcome to use these. The indoor wood-fire can not be used. The garage can not be used for parking a vehicle but you are most welcome to store any outdoor equipment bikes etc in the garage. There is parking space for 4 vehicles in the driveway. This property is located in a peaceful gated-community.
Noise must be kept to a minimum after 9pm out of respect for the neighbours who are close by.
