Drive through a vista of ferns, over a small water ford up a country drive way to a property with stunning views from Mt Maunganui - Matakana Island. Relax in the hot tub looking out to the harbour, don’t be surprised if a Tui, Kereru or a cheeky fantail swoop through from tree to tree. BBQ on the deck listening to the Morepork call or cook in the modern kitchen with truly breathtaking views. Swimming pool, Water features and privacy. The Homing Pigeons fly surveying the land ducking and diving and ‘Flint’, the Alpaca would love to be hand fed if you wish. Our fish pond out from the deck also homes 3 Axolotls, which can be seen when the sun goes down.
We have a very basic gym in the garage comprising of Rower, Weights, Kettle bells, Back Stretcher, Gym Exercycle
One of the owners is a professional artist and the home is filled with paintings from her own private collection. Upon request gallery will be open. You can have family or precious pets or just have a quiet getaway.
We are surrounded by bush walks, cycling tracks, beaches, cafes and restaurants. Endangered Kereru (Wood Pigion) Tuis, kingfisher, Parrots, while Pukeko and Pheasants wander the property.

You can contact us when needed, we are situated in an Off Road Caravan at the bottom level of the property, roadside. The Air BnB is situated at the top level of the property, showing off the view, with complete privacy.
Our rural driveway has 2 sharp turns, drive a steady speed and try not to stop. 4wd are welcome and get up our drive with ease, 2wd are not a problem as long as driven confidently. (Lightweight vans struggle a bit sometimes - but have always made it up). Spa has just been upgraded - please treat with care (no glass ware) and enjoy.
