Positive: comfortable beds

Negative: No extractor fan / windows for ventilation in kitchen & bathroom or drier so lots of condensation. Filthy side of oven. Property completely surrounded in bush & didn't get any sun - would have been ok in summer but not mid winter.

Summary: Reasonably comfortable but wouldn't recommend it.
