Positive: Arriving from Blenheim and heading toward Nelson, Big Sky Bed and Breakfast is a highly recommended stop. Located about fifteen minutes from Nelson’s centre, in a panoramic hilltop position, it offers a wide, luminous view that immediately conveys a sense of space and tranquility. What truly makes the stay special, however, is Avner’s hospitality. Intelligent, curious and cultured, he speaks several languages and has travelled extensively around the world. Spending time in conversation with him is a genuine pleasure — he is a thoughtful and engaging host whose perspective enriches the entire experience. A stay that combines natural beauty with remarkable human quality, and one we would gladly recommend to anyone travelling to Nelson.
