The Space:
The ground level offers 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and the other with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. A fully equipped laundry is also located on the ground level. The open plan living, dining and kitchen is on the upper level as well as another 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and the other with a king bed. The bathroom with a shower and toilet on this level has dual access from the hallway and bedroom 4. There is also a separate 3rd toilet on this level. For your comfort there is a heat-pumps/air-conditioning unit in the living area as well as bedroom 4.

** COMMERCIAL LINEN SERVICE & TOWELS (except beach towels) are included in the cleaning fee.
Please note, we provide fresh linen every 7 days for our guests. If you are
booking for more than a 6 night stay, there is an additional linen cost of
$75 for that week. You will be contacted about this extra amount after
your booking confirmation, and it will be collected through the external
booking channel Resolution Centre.

**There is a maximum of 6 adults that can stay at this property. The
additional 2 guests may be children.

**THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE: Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Whilst we appreciate you are on holiday, please respect the neighbours keep noise to a minimum and move indoors by 10pm.

** There is a lift available for guests unable to use the stairs, but are not to be
used / operated by children.
