Summary: We loved our stay at Bonnie Doon. It's close to the beautiful trails in the Tongariro National Park, and Tūrangi is a short drive to get petrol and food. The kitchen and bathroom is modern and fully equipped to cook and do laundry; our expectations were exceeded.
