The beach is located just a few steps away at the end of the culdesac for you to enjoy long summer days and swims or refreshing winter strolls. Just a 5 min walk along the beach and you can enjoy the many cafes & Boutique shops Raumati Village has to offer. Take in the views with a relaxing dinner at The Waterfront Restaurant and indulge in a drink or three, with just a short walk back home along the beach a designated driver is not necessary. The kids will enjoy walking or riding their bikes along the beach to the fabulous Waterpark, splash pad and playground. Wet days are also covered with Coastlands being just a 5min drive away, take in a movie, lunch and a spot of shopping or enjoy a swim at the Paraparaumu Aquatic Centre. Alongside the many local attractions there are numerous beaches and adventures to enjoy within a short driving distance. Spend the day at Waikanae Beach or taste the fruits of Noho Organic Blueberry Farm, just to name a few.
This Coastal beach Bach is an older style 1940โs house which has had a mini refresh to create a relaxed light and bright, bohemian beach vibe. Along with the fresh and interesting decor the all day sun and light promotes an uplifting vibe. The backyard is perfect for Barbeques, sunbathing or enjoying a coffee or wine in the all day, year round sun. Kids can also make use of the flat backyard, bikes and outdoor toys.
