The chalet boasts inside:

- A fabulous large shower room and flush toilet, which looks out to a private courtyard
- A fully equipped kitchen with a view, gas hob, sink and full size fridge.
- A living and dining area, which includes a comfortable leather, couch to snuggle into and read your favourite book.
- A comfortable fold out king single bed for an extra guest (by arrangement)
Outside includes:
- A large veranda where you can relax on deck chairs and have use of a gas barbecue and comfortable outdoor furniture.
- Enjoy the views and the sunset as you cook your evening meal.

This is a private and secluded chalet with access directly from the exclusive car park, it boasts stunning antique hand carved wooden doors made by one of Kalimantan's master carvers.
A relatively steep 500 metre 4 wheel drive access driveway will bring you to the Borneo Bungalow. (4WD is highly recommended.)
A 10-minute walk from the chalet leads you down to the beach for a morning sea dip or a three-minute drive from the shops, cafés, club, tennis court and pub. The rest of the island is easily accessible by car as well.
The ferry port and airport are both within a short driving distance.
Other things to note
The clear waters around Puriri Bay are ideal for taking a dip, snorkelling and kayaking. Or you can simply explore the shoreline. Get immersed in island life with yoga classes; jam nights; live music and comedy nights at the local Irish pub or a cold beer at one of the breweries. Explore our beautiful natural hot pools, white sand beaches, coastal walks, biking tracks, surfing and impressive hikes of all grades.
