Summary: A beautiful property 10 mins out of Blenheim. Was a good location for work colleagues to relax after a full on day in the office, good layout, plenty of space for all to relax. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, nicely decorated and very peaceful. The gardens looked great, could not get out and enjoy due to being June and only home after dark. Would be very enjoybale in Summer. Positive feedback - There was not a property folder so needed to contact the agent a couple of times to check for wifi codes. The house was very cold when we first arrived (it was frosty outside), the log baskets next to fire were both empty and had to go hunting for wood. I located in the barn, got the fires roaring and the house warmed up quickly but would have enhanced first impressions if the house was warm or ready to warm. All minor issues but with a premium house these little things go along way to enhance overall experience. A property guide would have been greatly apprecited to advise the above and where things could be located.
