There’s a games room complete with pool table, table tennis and darts board guaranteed to entertain the younger ones for hours. Adults can enjoy a gorgeous glass of Waiheke Wine on the large sun deck or sunbathe and finally get round to that good book you’ve been dying to read.
Come together on an evening and fire up the BBQ as you look out for dolphins and watch the sunset and enjoy some well needed down time.
Seaview Estate is made up of one large main home and one converted studio/garage. It boasts 4 bedrooms including an en-suite, 3 bathrooms and an outdoor shower for those keen to get in touch with nature. Seaview Estate has a well equipped kitchen alongside a dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, SKY TV, Wifi and CD/Stereo system. This would be great for large families reconnecting or bringing together multiple families.
This house is located above Onetangi Beach and just a short walk down Jacobs Ladder will bring you right onto the beach and its beautiful clear waters. You’ve got your pick of dinner options too! Try the local Bar and Restaurant Charlie Farley’s or incredible flavors from Three Seven Two or how about treating yourself to fine dining at Ki Māha all located right on the beachfront.
Casito Mairo and Obsidian Vineyard might also be on the list as well as venturing further round on the Onetangi stretch to Tantalus Estate, Te Motu, Stonyridge and the Newest Vineyard on the Island - Postage Stamp.
