Positive: I had a lovely experience with my stay here. The staff were so friendly, both Lydia and Carol were so welcoming. The gave me advice for where to get coffee and the best way to get to the hospital and parking. I was visiting a friend up in Christchurch. Having never been here I appreciated the friendly vibe and even had the pleasure of a conversation with another guest. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you ladies 😊
Negative: I could hear the person in the room next door snoring through the wall. Maybe if possible, bed positions in room 9 are head to head with room 10. Otherwise no issues
Summary: I will stay here again without hesitation. Great place and staff.
