You'll love this cosy cabin. An oasis in suburbia, with lovely bush views, beside a babbling stream and all while only a 6 min drive from central Whangarei. As you enter the property, you'll feel a million miles from anywhere.
The Cabin is set beside a pristine stream and surrounded by native bush. It is incredibly quiet and private given its suburban location. Relax in the super comfy Double bed, watching Netflix or reading. The outdoor deck has a BBQ and spectacular bush and stream views - the ideal spot to enjoy nature at its very best.

The Cabin is set up close to our Apartment (which is also available as a holiday rental) but it is set in it's own little corner of the property, and completely private, with your own gateway entrance.
The garden beside the stream is a delight. The walnut trees provides a cool outdoor living space - and a tranquil place to picnic, sunbathe, read, relax, or enjoy a cool drink on a hot day.
Other things to note
- Please check the photos to ensure you know that the bathroom contains a shower and toilet only. The basin in the kitchen doubles as a basin for the bathroom. You will also need to walk along a short terraced walkway to the bathroom and kitchen, which may not suit everybody!
- Whilst there is a sofa bed, the space is very "cosy" or limited when this is set up as a bed, so probably only best used if you are comfortable with this or for a short period.
- The Laundry facilities are shared by the apartment guests. If they need to use it we will co-ordinate with you.
- The Cabin is situated next to a stream and some bush area. Although we take preventative measures you could see cobwebs, spiders and other insects around. In this country they are harmless. :-)
- This is a peaceful neighbourhood. Please be respectful of noise.
- Other guests could be staying in the apartment on the property, please be respectful of each others privacy.
