Camp de Base is the ideal 'base camp' for all your activities located in the heart of Akaroa.
Situated conveniently at the bottom of Rue Balguerie, only a hop skip and a jump to the local shops, cafes, restaurants, seaside bar, beach and playground. Further up the road you will find the
popular wedding and events venue, Mt Vernon Lodge.
Located on a rear-section, camp de base is fully fenced with off-street parking for a few vehicles. The sun-drenched and sheltered back lawn provides fantastic outdoor area for BBQs and/or for the kids to play.
Television is only Netflex viewing
Large rooms and polished wooden floors , renovated bathroom facilities provide a homely,relaxed and comfortable feel. A sunroom located off the main living area provides additional space to rest and relax; during the winter months a log burner and a heat pump will keep you toasty and warm on the sofa inside.

Summary: This house is in a fab location in Akaroa. It is so close to the main street and all the shops and cafes it has to offer. The house is very spacious. It has the basics of what you need for a short stay. Checking in and out was very easy.
