As the property has direct access to the lake through a set of stairs, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.

This property lies approximately 50m from a cemetery, which can be seen from some parts of the property. For an indication of the view and placement of the cemetery, please see the photo fourth from last.
