Bedding configuration is:

Bedroom 1: 1x Queen (this bedroom has an ensuite)
Bedroom 2: 1x Queen (this bedroom has an ensuite)
Bedroom 3: 1x Queen
Bedroom 4: 1x set of King-Single bunks, and 1 x King-Single bed.
Second Living area: 1x Double sofa-bed, and 1x Single sofa-bed. If you require bedding for these, you will need to let us know at least 7 days prior to your arrival. We recommend that the sofa-beds are best suited to children for comfort reasons.

This property is strictly not suitable for parties, events or loud groups. No pets allowed. This is a non-smoking property.

Nightly rate includes linen and exit clean. The house must be left tidy. All dishes must be washed, dried and put away before your departure. All rubbish must be neatly bagged.
